I can’t login or register an account, this is one of the bad app I’ve ever seen and I from Venezuela so nothing should surprise me but you guys did it, congratulations 🙂
Won’t load claims history
What good is the app if it doesn’t even load my claims?
Web and app don’t seem to sync
Creating an account through myMarpai.com worked, but the information doesn’t appear to sync between the web and app (I.e. “user does not exist” message even after verifying I entered the same account info as the web access). Trying to find information about nearby in-network providers has been a bit of an ordeal as the web search is pretty bad and can’t log into the app to search there.
Giving it another day or two before possibly attempting to “create” a user via the app since I’m worried there may be duplication.

App isn’t the greatest
Comparatively, this app lacks many features other carriers have. If it wasn’t so difficult to find in network providers on the website, I wouldn’t even bother using this.
Horrible Insurance
Marpai is horrible insurance. Every time I go to the doctor I have to call and verify. Even if it is the same company.
