I like that I can view my pin, I normally use my card online. It would be nice to be able to change the default pin. Even if it required a verification step.

Barely Functional

The submission form doesn’t work as intended. Example: I sent several claims as HRA items, and they were all changed to FSA despite confirming the contrary.
The app also has issues with actually loading and finishing the login process.

Can’t link my insurance on

The app doesn’t list my insurance plan so I can’t link it.

Not user friendly

I’ve had this benefit plan for 6years and I have had nothing but difficulty. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. If I wasn’t diligent about getting my reimbursement the claims would have never been paid. Some of the claims I have had to resubmit up to three times to get them paid. Very frustrating!!!

It appears not all features are available on the mobile app. Nowhere can I find a link for forms as stated in the FAQ.
