Doesn’t do the one thing I downloaded the app for
Got a call saying I have a bill to pay. Told me to download the app to pay it, so I did. App has no button to pay a bill, wants you to use the “digital assistant” (LLM with very limited responses) which can’t actually help you pay your bill. 0/10 app experience. Basically a scam. I don’t want to meet the useless team of developers that farted this garbage into the world. Good network speed though.

They lie
It says you can pay your bill online but you CANT. If you try to log into the page to pay your bill, it’ll say you don’t have an account or wrong password/user. You can reset it as many times as you want, it will NOT let you in to pay your bill. I have a baby at home on leave and can’t drive, and my husband works until the shop closes, so hopefully I can figure out how to go pay my bill..

Worst app ever
Won’t let you log in even if you have your username and password typed in correctly.
Useless
Several calls to support unhelpful. The app and website cannot be accessed without call for support. Worst/most useless app on my phone (deleted).
