Doesn’t do the one thing I downloaded the app for
Got a call saying I have a bill to pay. Told me to download the app to pay it, so I did. App has no button to pay a bill, wants you to use the “digital assistant” (LLM with very limited responses) which can’t actually help you pay your bill. 0/10 app experience. Basically a scam. I don’t want to meet the useless team of developers that farted this garbage into the world. Good network speed though.

They lie
It says you can pay your bill online but you CANT. If you try to log into the page to pay your bill, it’ll say you don’t have an account or wrong password/user. You can reset it as many times as you want, it will NOT let you in to pay your bill. I have a baby at home on leave and can’t drive, and my husband works until the shop closes, so hopefully I can figure out how to go pay my bill..

Worst app ever
Won’t let you log in even if you have your username and password typed in correctly.
Useless
Several calls to support unhelpful. The app and website cannot be accessed without call for support. Worst/most useless app on my phone (deleted).
Can’t pay bill. Barely works.
It directs you to a help page that doesn’t even work. Useless app.

This app is useless! It wouldn’t let me check my account, pay my bill, or do anything else. I’ve deleted it and would give it zero stars if that were possible.
Ridiculous!
I hope Maxxsouth did not pay anything for this app. It’s useless. It says it works for Apple but it doesn’t work on mobile phones. Can’t register - you have to use the website to register and pay bills. When I called customer service for help they eventually asked if I was using my mobile phone - told me that’s why the app doesn’t work. Are you kidding me?

App is terrible
If I could rate a 0 I would! I downloaded the app and I tried to sign in with my credentials and it said they were not recognized. I reset my password like it asked me to do and it still did not recognize. Was not worth my time.
Couldn’t even login
Par for the course for Maxxsouth. Couldn’t even login with my credentials. Reset my password and still wouldn’t allow me to loggin.

Great App!
Easy to use and manage my users and see my bill info. I also can reset my modem.
