AWFUL
2FA is a mess
Not upgrade for better.
Can’t mark all as read
Not an update
Previous app much better
Does nothing the original app doesn’t already do better
Among other issues… if I send a message on the MyMercy website, MyMercy+ alerts me that I have a new message in my account… yeah… the message *I* sent. I really hope they don’t get rid of the original app.
Response from developer
Multi-factor authentication (2FA) is optional and can be turned on or off in Settings. From the Menu, go to Settings and then Two Factor Authentication. Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Mercy.
Doesn’t work

Doesn't even let me see my kids results
Why so different?
App experience
Viewing inpatient stay information is lacking
Awful!
Terrible
Edit reply to developer: I want two factor authentication! I do not want to be forced to sign in every time I open the app on my own phone. It’s my phone, stay signed in!

Was a great app but not anymore
Too small to use on an iPad
Update: after the last iOS update this app now works in full screen. YAY! Thanks

Inefficient, unorganized, incomplete
First MAJOR complaint: Why would they have these still, and certainly why use them when they aren’t attached to the account in any fashion?
SECOND: I had almost 30 deleted messages now reappear from years ago, that say they are UNREAD. There is no way to select “Read” status and one by one I had to open each one.
THIRD: It. Is. So. Slow! To close a message takes 10 seconds. Multiply that times the 30 unread messages…. The old app did not do this. That’s 5 minutes to fix a problem that should not have existed to start. Add more, each time it refreshes it takes you back to the top of the messages, so this adds more scrolling time for every message you read.
Someone apparently duped Mercy to fund a new (and VERY unneeded) app. No one has said what they are doing with old info, and if a new company is responsible, or is it the same?? Now is our info shared with two app companies and their partners?? Is mercy asking the old contractors to destroy the data? I bet not.
Add more woes: if you manage an elder parent account, the App “updates your Face ID” for the login. We should be able to use the app to log into our parents accounts as authorized users (I am). The update Face ID shouldn’t be replaced. It should have its own.
When you briefly leave the app after logging in, it abruptly boots you out. Please allow us to briefly change screens to copy and paste when we are communicating to our doctors.
Every time I contact the technical team via app, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. they tell you to call, despite my message I’ve already indicated I’ve done this and they can’t help.
Mercy CS has gotten SO bad I’m considering switching my parents and I to a competing medical system.
Last, but not least, if you’re going to upgrade 2FA, then upgrade to rolling code Authy… you’re still behind Mercy. 🙄
Update after developer response - “logging in/out/app updating” was not the problem. This was a New app! It took 4 phone calls, a supervisor, and my escalating a ticket (twice), to remove the 2 deceased people and FOUR 8 yr old emails (and hadn’t appeared for YEARS). suggestions: give users ability to see all this data you’ve been hiding. Other hospital systems give users full control - currently Nercy patients MUST see a doctor to remove emails or make medicine list updates. Even when you supposedly do this in the web or app, what you do in reality is put it in a queue for your doctor to approve the change. Essentially - you see the email removed - but until the doctor approves this, the old emails are STILL actually on your account. And can be for years as what I was told happened to resolve this. Why does s provider need to approve my removing my email?? Why would my contact info web or app, say differently than what Mercy stores?? The developer response was a cookie cutter non-answer.
Tried it

Response from developer
Hello - we believe in transparency and did not delete reviews. You may be viewing the desktop version of the app store, which is only showing a few reviews. However, the mobile version of the app store listing includes all reviews going back to August. We're not sure why the desktop version is different. We value all feedback and appreciate yours.
Can’t Open App-Can Now
App apparently has been revised and I now can log in. It seems to work OK.
