This app has potential!
UPDATE: I still cannot get this app to keep up with my classes. Is anyone on the app team working on this? There’s no point in continuing my subscription if I’m not getting the information promised. I’ll adjust my rating when it works consistently.
I love the idea of this app: breaking down my OTF stats with data I can’t access easily in the OTF app. However, this app has been having trouble updating the information. This week bas not been updated since Wednesday. I’ve tried closing out the app, I reinstalling and no change. I don’t see any way to contact the app’s customer service to get this resolved. I’m hoping this changes soon so I can get back to tracking my progress.

App does not Update after classes
I love this app so much and would have given it 5 stars but it doesn’t update after each class! I’ve been stuck on 1/12 as my last class without it updating. I’ve tried logging out and back in and still nothing.
Inconsistent
I like the app when it works. However it has stopped updating the classes I’ve taken in January. I’ve logged out several times and it hasn’t added any classes this week. I don’t want to subscribe if the free version doesn’t work.
Horrible
I have a subscription but it has not merged any of my otf info and it always freezes up. Right now I have no info. Just a blank app.

Nothing in the app is updating past 12.15.25. I do have the most current version
Love the app but I can’t subscribe
Being a data nerd I really like this app. My complaint is that I am unable to subscribe to the premium features. The button to subscribe is always grayed out whenever I check.

The workout I took AFTER connecting shows the data, but I don’t really want to start my analysis without my first two years of progression to measure against. If there’s a way to fix this I’d easily rate this 5 stars.

Did you happen to install this in the last few days? If so, there was an issue with several services Orangetheory uses and they were returning empty records. Please remove/uninstall the app and reinstall. It cached those empty records more than likely.

Brag Board Issues

I love this app, but I’ve noticed recently it seems the Brag Board summary counts are way over counting my class totals. Other areas of the app show my correct total, but the Brag Board area is off by about 200 classes. I have logged out and back in, deleted the app and reinstalled with no luck in fixing this issue. I hope this problem is fixed soon!!

Does not work at all
Crashes every time I try to open or just sits on a blank white screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and same story.

Class Count Stopped?
Hello! I very much enjoy this app as I get closer to my 2000th class at OTF. It’s fun to see how many studios I’ve visited or how many coaches I’ve had. But, randomly, a couple weeks ago it stopped counting. I reinstalled the app and now my class count is 0, and not updating. Weird.

Not working
My information is not showing up in the app. Only thing it shows is my monthly workout count. Once I go down further it shows 0 for all time classes, coaches, days of the week, etc. I have deleted and redownloaded and the errors still occur. It worked up until last week

Data Dump
I like how you can download certain data fields in the data dump, but I’m confused with the date. It doesn’t seem to be the class date as shown in the Orangetheory Fitness app. What date is showing in the data dump and where is it coming from? Can’t wait for when you can download all the class data! Anytime soon??? Thanks!

Keeps crashing on import
Fresh download and when trying to import my data, it continually crashes. This app is useless to me

I recently came across this app and like it’s capabilities. I was hoping that there was an option to do a data dump into an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis. Is this an option, and if so, how do I go about downloading all of my Orangetheory data utilizing this app?
