What's New in mymind

4.1.0

September 25, 2026

A new update is here, and there is a lot to talk about. Many things you asked for. [NEW] SHARE & DOWNLOAD: Every card now has a new "Share or Download" option under the ... menu. It opens the native share sheet which lets you send it to a friend or into another app, copy or download it. Photos, GIFs, videos and PDFs are shared as the original source file, and original resolution. [NEW] SIRI & SHORTCUTS: ask Siri or build a Shortcut to search your mind, save a link, text or file to mymind, or open a space for example. [NEW] MYMIND CONNECTIONS: We now have an MCP and integrations for Claude, ChatGPT or RayCast and other services. You can find info on how in the settings panel. [NEW] SERENDIPITY FROM SPACE: You can now start a Serendipity experience straight from a Space (iPhone only). Inside a space, tap the new Serendipity button at the top, and enjoy the wander! [NEW] NEW ONBOARDING: On iPad, new accounts get the new onboarding (you can re-watch it if you like by choosing "How to use mymind" in the settings panel, only on iPad). [NEW] SPOTLIGHT: (a new Research Labs feature): turn it on and your cards show up in iPhone search. Tapping a result opens the card. [NEW] The orange (+) now opens a nicer picker than before (ugly popup gone) BUGFIXES & IMPROVEMENTS — Custom app icons: Bookmarker and Student of Life plans now both unlock all the paid membership icons. — TikTok cards now show their cover image instead of a placeholder. — Songs now show their album cover pressed onto a disc visual. — The iPhone app now stays in portrait. Videos can still go full screen landscape. — Products with a transparent background are now fixed in both light and dark mode. — "Save to camera roll" and "Download Document" have moved into "Share or download". — The upload queue now tells you why something is waiting ("Up next", "Trying again at 2:30 PM", "Upload limit reached…") and what's inside (size, tags, spaces, note). — Smart spaces built on Watched, Read Later, Completed and similar now update right away. Mark a movie as watched and it leaves your "Unwatched" space. — Searching for a word now also finds notes that link to it by name. — Articles now show their publisher. — Copying an image card now copies the full original picture, and faster. — Opening an image card no longer flashes. — Tapping a tag inside a card now brings the search bar back to full size. — YouTube short links (youtu.be) ending in a slash now work. — Podcast and TV episodes no longer show an "E0" badge. — Numbers in space names are kept. — Undo is more reliable, including undoing a deleted space. — An older Same Vibe, palette or import result can no longer replace a newer one. — Sync is steadier: fixes to retries and error reporting, and nothing lands in your account after you sign out. — Fewer hangs and stutters from background work.

Great potential

The app has great potential to attract a huge number of users. However, there are still many minor bugs that need to be fixed. It would also be a great addition if users could save content offline and have it automatically sync once they reconnect to the internet. Frequent bug fixes, continuous improvements, and a strong marketing strategy will be essential for growth. Introducing Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime subscription plans could also help generate funding for better development and design. Overall, the app has strong potential, and with consistent improvements, it can become even better.

Stillness Interrupted

Have been a user for a while, opened up the app to pull a saved link rq and to my dismay there was a major update along with needing to wait to reload all 6500 saved items of mine- which I've never had to do before. The "..." button is just... gone from the cards? On ios? For some saved items I can't get the url now; it just loads it up as an article (longer load times as well). Please revise this ui/ux hiccup, this is far too minimalist to be usable. The new "up" arrow in the bottom bar just saves things to Top of Mind; I thought it was a share button :( So no workaround for my issue except maybe try desktop. More steps.
Highlighting said card only turns them into checkboxes to select multiple other cards. Still no share out option.
I get the push for ai, and you're simultaneously trying to accommodate QOL requests from a ton of users; this was disruptive enough for me to write a review after being otherwise a happy paid user for a few years.
The 'Stillness' that I had enjoyed with this app has been interrupted with poor ui and longer load times, and now I'm worried I'll have to search elsewhere for other options, which I don't want to do.

Best App for organizing all my stuff!

Everything i have flying somewhere i can put into my mind! it has really cool features and works offline too now! they really listen to customer feedback and improve more and more with time! I am a big fan of this!

Useful

It has a good UI and it does what it aims to do very well. It is a little too expensive however.

Something special

Mymind is the perfect blend of beautiful design and functionality. While that alone is great, my favorite part is the customer support. Every time I've reached out for help, the team has been super quick and kind. That human touch, in a world full of AI, makes Mymind truly special and worth every penny.
