This app was supposed to be a quick and easy way for students to access all their necessary uni pages, now with the authentication and the bugs that have existed for the last 3 years it’s faster to just access it through safari if you’re on your phone
After six years, it finally works. I can now see it’s useless.
What’s the point? Half the items in this ‘app’ redirect to external Safari browser pages, forcing you to log in again.
There’s a bunch of buttons on the heavily cluttered page that don’t apply to my course and link to a page that says ‘this doesn’t apply to your course’. Why are they there in the first place?
Once you’re in the app, most sections seem to require you to sign in *again*, and *again*, and *again* to use.
It’s systems like this that remind you that some academics have had no real world experience. It’s beyond useless - in nearly every way, significantly worse than even Moodle in a web browser - but you can see it’s fulfilled some glacial committee’s box ticking demands somewhere.

No access via app
Can login through MS portal however does not access app content such as moodle or timetable

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t actually work at all for anything you need it to, have just gone via my mmu on safari for past few years
So pointless
The app hardly works and when it does it only last a day or two, screen stays blank when trying to access timetable or email or crashes when loading.

Good app except the timetable disappears every so often and will only re appear once you delete and reinstall the app🙁, please fix!
The app does not work.
The app doesn’t work and does not show any of your time table. The moodle page is not helpful or working well either. It is also slow.
Terrible App
Paying so much for tuition fees you would think they could produce an app that actual works. My timetable displays as though I have no upcoming lectures and the same for my assignments. I have to use the desktop version instead, which is also very difficult to access as it’s always diverting you to use the app. Such an inconvenience. If you can’t have the app working properly, at least make it easy for your students to access the desktop version!

I’ve reinstalled this app about 5 times since uni restarted
It is very unreliable in showing me my timetable. The only way to get it to work again once it breaks down is to completely get rid of the app and download it again. Why has nobody fixed this yet? This has clearly been going on awhile...
Useless never works
The app consistently crashes never appears to work properly. It appears to crash and then my timetable will disappear and I have to delete and re download the app daily to get it back. If I hadn’t had alternatives to use I wouldn’t even know what was on my timetable.
It would work better if it had never been made!!

I have to constantly delete and re-install to view my timetable which is very inconvenient. Better app last year.

Timetable worked for a week but now I’m unable to see what lessons I have for any of the weeks.
