This app is terrible especially for new users who are already having a hard time using the website the app should be a easier way to access things for college students but this app just makes me want to rip my hair out I would think a well know college would have a better app but unfortunately it does not please make a better app or website

Serves its purpose (?)
This has to be one of the most emotionally challenging apps I’ve used. On the bright side, it’s legit and secure—so while it may test my patience daily, at least it’s not giving my phone a virus. It does come in handy when I need to reference course materials, which I appreciate. That said, the glitches and little bugs that pop up are… “impressive”. For an app tied to a well-known college/university, I was expecting a smoother experience and fewer surprise malfunctions. Overall, it gets the job done—but not without a little drama.

This is simply a quick reference to the Mohawk website. Nowhere can I access my course, calendar, or anything directly related to my courses.

A 10th grader with a computer course could make a better app then this garbage
Pathetic update
The new update is at the top level of pathetic. It dont save login credentials and a person has to login again and again and fill the login info and then authenticator app and sometimes authenticator doesnt work and its irritating at the sky level. If the app update is for security then why to login again and again, one time security code is enough rather than filling info for every time opening the app. If a person opens the app for 100 times a day then for 100 times the login info has to be filled that is pathetic and non user friendly. Earlier version was good and user friedly.

Genuinely helpful. No issues logging in anymore.
The eLearn section is identical to a web browser. Extremely helpful for finding the room number for classes and seeing what assignments are due when. Still missing a map section, not a deal breaker for me, but larger campus like fennel needs a map directory for sure.
Useful for class
I use it when I don’t bring my laptop to class. I wish it supported Touch ID and for somethings, like one card, you have to login twice which is annoying.

Great app missing a map
It's a helpful application but it would be more helpful if Mohawk gets the Mohawk walk-in map "the one Mohawk was working on in 2"14 winter semester" or whatever they call it.

I find it really useful for my classes and to find somewhere for food! Would be nice to have a map feature and a notification feature for email or class updates. Thanks! Great job!
