Love this app
When my pain gets high it is always difficult to track my symptoms and meds. This is nearly perfect for me since my pain can literally impair my language to the point of being unintelligible.
The graphics make it easier for me. I don’t have to remember the extra step to save what I entered and when I hit chart, it graphs it so nicely I can easily pick out patterns and adjust my meds, environment, activities accordingly. I can even fairly reliably make future plans. That is a huge thing for someone with intermittent crippling pain. To say, oh I will see you for a bbq this weekend without it made me look Ike a flake, but with it I can say, “80% chance I will see you. If I that changes I will let you know.”, then I KNOW the likelihood of my actually being able to do it. It’s freeing and makes me feel so much more functional. It dues help set me up for more functionality and success at what I do. I just love it.
I would give it all stars if it would auto input from my health ap, things like my cycle, medications and when I took them… those kind of things, but for the small cost I paid for this app, I still and thrilled with the hang for my buck functionality I get as is.

Best of the best. GREAT!!
Although the super nice and helpful developer has moved on, he’s kindly keeping this superlative app functioning. In 10 years and countless apps (more than 2000) tried, this is MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE AND MOST USED APP! It’s GREAT! Incredibly versatile-I keep track of meds (with notes), symptoms, moods, sleep, activity all in one app. Couldn’t be easier to use. Great for sending info to doctors or trainers-you can customize what info and time period gets sent. I’ve yet to find ANYTHING that comes close !
Obviously wish it synced with AppleWatch and IHealth but even though it doesn’t (and I use those daily” “You’re Still the One”. 🎶!! Number One.❤️💜💚

Great but needs update
Hey! I love this app so much and it is so helpful in my depression management. Just wish it would have some updates soon, worried the developers are going to forget about it. Wish there was a better way to share with my therapist. The excel sheet doesn’t give the same visual. Other than that I take screenshots of the entries so she can see them with the symbol, rating, and description. And the graph would be super helpful to be able to share. Love this app. Thank you!!

Very satisfied.
I’ve been keeping track of my moods for over a year and a half with this app, and it is very good at showing me what an “effed” up life I’ve been living!
My one suggestion would be to add a few more emoticons. I suffer from extremely deep depression, and something like a suicidal one would be a good addition. Maybe another one for lonely, and another one for unloved.
