驗證信系統故障
App登出後，重新輸入帳密登入，認證碼等好幾天都收不到，你們的認證系統又故障了嗎？
991 Server Error
Every time I open the app it sends an email verification, which I don’t mind. Where the problem lies is after verification, hit the return to homepage button and get a “Server Error 991”. Haven’t been able to log into the app in over 3 months. 2 star rating is because when I was able to get in the app is excellent. Makes me wonder if the people responsible for the app are the same ones who can’t repair motherboard issues correctly.

未顯示快到期點數，點數要到期沒辦法在app上查看導致過期，客服回應要用網頁版查看，既然app功能不足以取代網頁版，那就一顆星

Basic functionality is completely broken!!!
I couldn’t register my motherboard through this app because the input fields don’t work properly. The field where I need to enter the three-digit code (and other fields as well) simply don’t respond when I try to type. The page shows the fields, but when I tap on them, nothing happens. The only way to enter anything is by pasting copied text. It feels like the app was made just to exist rather than to be actually used. Completely useless. I’m deleting it.

Die App wird leider vernachlässigt.
Es gibt keine Login Punkte mehr, es wurden mir sogar welche abgezogen keine Ahnung warum. Es war eine gute App als sie noch funktioniert hat. Deswegen nur 3 Sterne

génial commande simple intuitive en plus service génial et rapide et produit de qualité mon pc a des composant et mon écran chez eux et je n’ai jamais étais déçu
Gewinnspiel okay, aber Freundeslinks unpraktisch
Gutes Gewinnspiel, aber die Teilnahme mit Freundschaftslinks ist echt nervig. Die meisten Leute klicken da nicht drauf – vor allem wegen Bots, Misstrauen oder Scams. Wäre viel besser, wenn man Punkte durch Einloggen, Quizfragen oder App-Aktivität sammeln könnte.
Hab mein Feedback hier gelassen – vielleicht gibt’s ja sogar ein kleines Goodie dafür? 😅
Ansonsten: Tolle Marke, aber bitte modernere Methoden für Teilnahme.

Laptop service review
Worst service ever and ever still one month my laptop given to service centre there is no response and any update
なんの意味が？
わざわざ製品登録してもしょうもないポイントがちょこっと貰えるだけ
製品ページに飛べたり、取説が簡単に見れるかと思ったがそういう機能は一切なし
というかなぜか表示されてる製品名の文字のコピーもできないからAmazonの購入履歴見たほうが百倍役にたつ
トラブルがあった時にサポート受けるために必要なのかもしれないが、結局それって企業側の手間を減らしたいだけでユーザーのことを全く考えてないのでは？

Point system is a joke
I been trying to save points for almost 3 years. When I got to over 600 points there was nothing to redeem until 750. Btw after a year the points expire. So after that signing in every day gives you 1 point. It use to give you 5 points after 7 days, not anymore. Now that I’ve fallen to 470 points, they show gift cards for 500 points. So after 3 years I get Scrooged out of points and it all became a waste of time.

App constantly asks for it to be updated when there is no update, also can not access a lot of functionality from it.
