Salut MTN, tu peux proposé mieux, l’application est trop fade et trop lente et en plus n’est même pas bien fourni en forfait; pardon quand on ne peut pas bien faire on triche ou s’inspire du voisin; bien vouloir regarder celle de Pamplemousse svp. Merci

The app doesn’t really work. When it opens it prompted you to enter a code that can not come. When it does … you get stuck to a language selection screen from which it got frozen ;-(

Problème avec HomeBox MTN
Bonjour. J’ai un sérieux soucis avec votre offre home box. Mon soucris est avec l’offre illimité de 14900F, au bout d’une semaine d’utilisation la connexion de passe plus. J’ai contacté le service client en vain pour ce problème. Ça devient du n’importe quoi. Ça fait déjà 3 jours j’ai plus accès à internet à parti de ma box pourtant le délai de validité est entrain d’aller à expiration. Vraiment c’est une mauvaise expérience pour une première utilisation. On dit internet illimité mais au bout de quelques jours plus rien ne passe et impossible d’avoir une assistance. On me dit de laisser un message au 8787 mais jamais de réponse ou de prise en charge. Vraiment c’est du grand n’importe quoi.

Meanwhile MTN was selling 2gb gigabytes for 10,000.00 CFA, every day, over a period of 30 days. So many people went for the cheap and affordable offer of Camtel, and MTN Cameroon was furious with this. Because of lack of competition and monopoly power due to high rate of corruption, MTN Cameroon took Camtel to court, and as usual, the court ordered Camtel to start selling 2gb gigabytes of internet data per day for a month. According to MTN Cameroon, customers have to pay more and their competitors should follow their price range, what a world and what a company. 10,000.00 CFA is equivalent to $20 dollars, see what Cameroonians are getting for $20 dollars, a third world country with no with no work for the graduates. This is one of the companies that push the youth to start doing internet frauds(scamming). #ChangeMTNCameroon.
