One of the most worst apps now, I paid for Canada number, and trying to login but it’s not working until I realize another person was using the number

Bad support, probably scam
I Renew number since 3 days now, they refuse to activate it and already charge. And they are not responding to messages.
They don’t give a number after payment.
Twice now I’ve made payment for a number but never got it. I reached out to support the first time they informed me it was because the app was outdated, they claimed they issued a refund, but I never saw it. I tried again after a while, made payment for a number, got debited but it never activated any number for me. I’ve reach out to support on all platforms but nobody is responding to my complaints. Wish I listened to the many bad reviews online or took my first experience as a warning. Take Heed!
