Working well
I’m enjoying using the app, I like the visuals and it was easy to set up with my wifi. One request would be that it shows Kw used during a firing schedule, I’d love to see that in an update.
It’s useful when app works
Problems with connection goes off and temperature looks same even tho kiln is working well.
Need improvements
Handy app to monitor your running kiln - only when it works. Lots of time the app freezes or shown as not connected even when the WiFi is successfully connected with good signal. Nabertherm needs to work on this app otherwise it really doesn’t do anything when it can’t even monitor the temperature.
Broken beyond repair
Download, be disappointed and delete. Can’t even complete registration so what’s the point?!? Useless
A good start, but needs improvements
As another reviewer pointed out, the app could do with some options for push notifications about moving between stages and finishing etc.
The app could also do with some explanation of what the numbers mean as it is not necessarily intuitive to a novice user of Nabertherm.
Would also be very useful to be able to export data of a firing to be able to keep records of dates,timings, energy consumption etc

More notifications please
Useful app to keep an eye on the temperature as it moves through the segments - but I don’t understand why it gives no notification when it moves to a new segment. This would be useful as there are times in the program that the vent needs to be manually closed. If there was a notification I would know when it finished the first segment of the bisque program and it was time to close the vent. As it is I have to monitor it until it reaches 600 then close it. More notification options would provide more functionality in a simple way.

Elle pourrait proposer de nombreuses fonctionnalités aux vues du prix du four et du programmateur. Comme par exemple, l’historique de cuisson, l’accès aux programmes.
Mais non, comme d’habitude Nabertherm fait du sens unique : le client donne, Nabertherm prend. De la même manière qu’ils ne se fatiguent pas à faire des manuels spécifiques aux produits qu’ils vendent, ils ne se fatigueront pas non plus à penser à leur clientèle avec une application qui répond à nos besoins.
Plus de 500 euros pour un programmateur C540, c’est le prix d’un smartphone mais avec moins de fonctionnalités qu’un tamagoshi.
Je suis une cliente extrêmement mécontente, coincée avec leur four qu’ils ont mis des mois à m’envoyer sans explication et constatant que leur application est toute aussi navrante.

Problème
Dans l’idée c’est super mais Il y a un problème au moment de l’inscription, impossible de recevoir les e-mails de confirmation d’inscription… j’ai essayé avec deux adresses différentes et toujours rien même 24h plus tard.🤷🏻♀️

Die App zeigt mir die genaue Ofentemperatur an, wenn ich nicht in der Firma bin. Es funktioniert tadellos! Soll auch Pushnachrichten schicken, bisher lief aber immer alles ohne Probleme. Eine praktische App!

The App is rather cool and installation is very easy. I can look from home what my furnace is doing. Looks very professional and comes for free. Perfect!
