This website absolutely sucks, it doesn’t let me continue until I add a random 4 digit code that I don’t even know about. I tried clicking forgot password but it just brings me to a page with only Japanese words.

It’s all in Mandarin/Chinese. I never thought I’d find something MORE WORTHLESS than I am. All I wanted was to put my ID on Apple wallet. Apple and this app’s designer need to fix this problem. I should not have to even use this app. I should be able to do it on Apple. Wallet. So Apple get to fixing this problem
