Can’t face scan can’t really do anything with the app and it’s a pain to log in I downloaded the app because this is the only way to face scan

The main point of this app is the face scan feature and it’s worthless. It fails the scan half the time and the other half of the time the scan turns out terrible. It’s laggy and completely unoptimized for something that I should be able to just upload a few photos for.

How can this be so bad after almost a decade of development
Possibly one of the worst apps that has ever been created. The face scan has always been bad but I believe whoever developed the most recent iteration wanted to create the single most frustrating user experience ever. They enjoy our pain m, it’s the only explanation. How can it be this bad? So many years, millions of dollars and it sucks lol.
