Update app
Every year I try and log into it to do new face scan for the new game but it just stays on the previous game
Cant even log in
Add a guest feature i dont think you shiuld have to have an account already on somthing thats not even on mobile i have a ps4 but have no idea how to sign in, the game seems really fun but for now im calling it boring because you cant log in
If this app is necessary, then why is it trash?
So over the years the app has gotten better, but it’s still far from perfect. 2k makes so much money but can’t make the app look better, face scan work better, or have a copy and paste feature for locker codes. If you want me to get excited for your game then make something convenient

Can’t even log in
This app makes no sense I never had an issue trying to log into the nba 2k21 app when I was playing that through steam but now when I try and log into the nba 2k22 app using my Xbox live account it just says log in failed. It’s a joke and it’s been doing this all year. I figured it was a bug and I didn’t really care because the app is awful anyways, but I started playing again and was creating a new MyPlayer since I’ve gotta use the VC that doesn’t transfer over anyways, and wanted to try and put my face in but instead this app acts like my account doesn’t exist. Just trash overall. Not even worth it if it really worked anyways. With all fifa’s flaws at least you can manage your FUT team through that. You can’t even manage your myteam in this app so what is it companioning?

Terrible
App looks like it was made by a 10 year old. The face scan is simple enough but my character looked nothing like me. It was way darker than I am, the face was nowhere close and the hair wasn’t even close. You would think with all the technology advancements we’ve made they would be able to make an app for a multi million dollar franchise that would be better. Not even worth it.

Nothing without log-in
I got this game 3 weeks ago and thought it would be a good thing to play on the play station 4. Although, once I decided to play on mobile it broke. Not loading, crashing multiple times, and I decided to just stop. Although, good game to play not gonna lie.

This app is awesome I can’t wait to keep using it face scan worked but about a week ago it did not work but is awesome
Terrible
Absolutely terrible. Bought this game on the market place and played it for a few weeks, paid for VC and all that. My PS4 then broke beyond repair, so I bought a used one. Redownloaded all my stuff from the online storage and all that. My log in is expired and 2k says my account needs reverified. So I Can no longer play on my career, 2k customer support says that I would literally have to find the previous user of the ps4 and get the account names for 2k so they could remove them since they “think” there’s nba acct’s linked to the ps4 ( yes I wiped it clean and reset it and still nothing) and add my account in. LIKE I KNOW WHO HAS OWNED THE ps4 before I got it. They can’t just send me a re-verification email. This system is so flawed it’s ridiculous, 2k support is an absolute joke and have no idea what they’re doing. Not even adding a new Sony account to the ps4 did anything.

Company has changed
Sad how we used to be able to earn vc in the previous years but all this is now is a face scanning, event looking up app.
Face Scan
Every year this has been marketed and it’s awesome to think about getting your face on your character. However, there has been no updating and upgrading of how it’s done. The way it is used know uses a camera that already isn’t accurate of what you look like and has a lesser quality than the rear camera. It would be awesome to allow for this to be an option so others who are able can get a higher quality, more accurate scan of their face.

Game changer
It would be nice if you allowed us to touch to focus… For example If there’s bright light shinning on your forehead you can tap and hold on your face and it will adjust the lighting on its own. I think that might help tremendously. Also I was trying to scan my face on the iPhone 13 pro, and it didn’t work that much. I had to do it literally like 10 times and it didn’t even come out good, I used my moms iPhone 11 and it worked instantly first try.

Bring back old features!!!
I get you guys don’t want to give away a lot of VC anymore and that’s fine! It really is. But you guys used to have it where it had your park, Pro-am, and rec stats on this app back in 2k17 or 2k16 I don’t remember but I literally would use this app every day and really enjoyed how it kept stats. I just don’t understand why abandon it?

Playstation Sign in
For some reason whenever i try to sign into my playstation account on this app the screen that it’s supposed to bring me to just stays white & it doesn’t do anything. Please fix this
An actual app
I haven’t had to download these in recent years, but I want to know why they took away the chance for one to earn extra VC through the app. Especially with the virtual inflation of all the prices for almost every lil thing in the game. Now the only reason to get the app is for facescans.
Rear scan cam needed
The front camera of my phone is very low quality but the back one is a lot better so please update and make it possible to use rear camera.
Not worth your time
Would highly not recommend scanning itself is horrible and the game itself won’t let you change it unless you delete your saved data and go back in complete waste of time and more aggravating then anything, just edit your own face and take the extra time the face scan is 110% not accurate.
