the app works fine for me but sometimes when i'm trying to get clips for a video it just takes sooooooo long to be able to download the clip, even a few second clip it takes so damn long fix this please

Game will not load
Purchased everything for horizon 5 almost 2 weeks ago and now I cannot stream play it on my psp portal!?!? I hope this issue gets resolved quick. Sucks that it’s not working correctly. Please don’t tell me I paid all this money for nothing.

Is it possible for PS accounts to function like Steam accounts? I have messed up twice now by downloading this app and buying games and a subscription only to discover that I can't use my phone to play them without owning a PS console.

This app along with Sony are terrible. Have to log in every single time I use the app. Always upgrading it and nothing changes. The speed of which the app operate is appealing also. Message don’t come through till days after. When messaging eventually does work you get constant error can’t send.
