This greedy company is toast. The only reason I still bought playstation games was because of physical discs and collectibles. Not even digital only Epic store with free games could topple Steam. Who does Sony think they are?

THE worst app on the entire app store. This app alone is making me consider buying an Xbox. honestly, if you have a choice, avoid PS at all costs until they fix this app. Why am i not allowed to log into my OWN account with my OWN password? why must i HAVE to use a passkey, and when that doesn’t work, im locked out of my own account? Sony are THE worst app creators, and software producers on this planet, shame on all of you. I havent used an Xbox since the 360 and i can still say that is absolutely clear of this BS. Horrible devilish app.

Uninstalling
As loyal as I’ve been to PlayStation, their insistence on switching to digital only shows a disrespect for their client base that I can’t tolerate. I was looking forward to playing Kingdom Hearts 4 on my preferred system, but unless they reverse their decision it seems like I’ll have to get a Switch 2 before then.

Won’t let me sign in
I have two accounts and I can’t sign into them and I’m using the right email and password and it says that their wrong then I tried to make an account and it won’t let me and I got banned on my main account for a dumb reason even though other people was doing the same thing one star

I have mixed feelings about the Ps app. I think it hits everything just right for what its supposed to do. Like messaging friends when your away from your console or downloading games when away from your console. The only BIG thing i think is a major problem is the fact that it always signs you out for no reason.
