This app is so bad I cried when I tried to scan my face it doesn’t work like when I try to scan my face it wouldn’t even pick it up the lighting. You need so much you’ll be blind because my face was not picked up. Don’t download this it’s a waste of time and a waste of sanity and I’m trust me. You will cry. It’s so horrible. Don’t download it like if you download it you could be doing other stuff but you’re wasting your time using this app like 2K update this or make 2K 24th and make the app for 2K 24. OK you’re wasting peoples time lower the price on 2K 24 because of what you did. I hate you guys. And 2K is not good anymore

I own an iPhone 8 Plus and I'm trying to upload my face into the game so I can play as myself and clearly it doesn't work this app needs to be updated ASAP !

New Year Same Crap Tech

I haven’t played NBA2K since 2K19…How do I have a new iPhone Pro Max, a PS5, it’s 2023 yet my face scan was 100x better back on 19…I can’t believe y’all have not improved y'all face tech at all…

Like I said, I haven’t played since 2k19…Was seriously considering purchasing 2K24…They God I received 2K23 for free and tried out the face scan and uh uh nah…I will definitely NOT be purchasing 2K24…No excuse for 2KSports to make all the money y’all do off of VC alone over the past years to still have trash face scan in 2023

Don’t Waste Your Time

I spent over an hour trying to scan my face holding my phone up to my face and turning my head side to side like 30+ times like an idiot while wasting so much time accomplishing nothing. It never worked at all a single time. I tried different internet, restarting my phone, restarting the console, deleting the app and reinstalling, nothing worked do not waste your time like I did you will accomplish nothing and be frustrated like me.

Can’t log in

SMH idk who face they are putting on my player but it’s not mine, I’ve tried to scan my face over 20xs no exaggeration with different lighting to get MY FACE to scan but some reason it looks NOTHING like not even a tad bit. I didn’t have this issue with the 2k22 app
