Very basic
No support for push notifications and some basic features. Any communication with property manager is delayed due to this. Sometime emails arrive after many hours.
Slumlords
This company needs to be shutdown. They refused to provide the contact info of residents in my own house. They treat residents as less than human, causing them to move, which only benefits the company since they get a hefty fee to find a new tenant. Avoid these miserable people.
Buggy app
This thing needs soooo much work, not sure where to start. No update in 5 months!!!!

My app keeps freezing in the home page! It won’t load at all. I have to keep deleting the app and reloading

Got Stuck at the launch screen for a few days
Too quick to charge, too slow to respond
Whenever they have to pay for something on my houses, they take $ from my account as if it were theirs! Now when I need an update they never respond. Horrible experience
Mynd is terrible
The app is really bad mainly because it requires me to type my login password 80% of the time. Why can’t this app remember me or use FaceID properly? It is also painful to do anything useful like download docs because you are unable to go back once you view the PDF. So you have to log in again.
Mynd is a terrible property manager and I fired them this month. I would avoid Mynd like the plague. No one there knows what is going on with your property and when you need something done like a rent increase, they are not familiar with your market and therefore can’t do this properly.

The app as a whole is a little clunky but was very functional.
The new version updated a bunch of graphics to make it look nicer but everything loads much slower.
It is also very difficult to navigate and you have to click through multiple selections that before was easily accessible.
Please fix

Stopped working on iOS 14.1
App no longer works, just stuck in the launch screen and is stuck with a very faint loading indicator.
Good, bug has a lot of bugs
Buggy but helpful.
