Planned maintenance app down

Planned somthey say but no one told me , unable to
Use on octopus iog as planned maintenance that should of been completed at 16:00 is now 13:00 the next day . Absolutley diabolical. Now only way to charge car is at 33p instead of 4.5p

Shameless

How many other apps go down for maintenance these days? Especially those that charge a subscription. Zero access to feature, such as remote climate control, during that time.
Tries to get away with doing the minimum while charging the maximum, knowing you’re locked in if you own a Nissan.

Can’t login with password

Always pops up a security key / passkey / qr code dialog which you used to have to dismiss to enter a password which was irritating now you can’t even do that so can no longer log in. Terrible flow

Terrible

Terrible car and terrible app, how long does it take to do maintenance? Just far too long. No wonder Nissan is over £50 billion in the hole, will never buy another one again. Support is terrible and as soon as the car turns 3 years it just gives up. Never ever ever again.

Massive outage

I’m so disappointed with this app. If free it might be different but I pay for this. To be told there’s going to an outage for maintenance lasting a weekend that’s not good. But when that outage continues for 48 hours and still not up that’s a disgrace. I can’t set charging. I can’t review stats. I can’t lock the car or see what’s going on with it. Unacceptable for free, customer-changing when paid. I loved this car on so many levels but it will be back to BMW for me. Serious apology needed and pledge to have maintenance limit to 2 -4 hours not 4 days!
