Expensive subscription
Notes say ‘our app is free to use’ but you can’t access any recipes without expensive subscription . Nothing free about it!
Don’t waste your money on the recipe section
Don’t waste your money on the recipe section. I purchased the year upgrade for $40 thinking they were going to be a bunch of recipes. There are very few recipes. Most of everything I was clicking on just says to smell and oil or to diffuse it. I looked through 15 different ailments and not one of them talked about making a roller blend or any type of recipe. don’t waste your money on that part of this app. You could easily go on Pinterest and find recipes that are actually useful.

This app is a FRAUD
This app is nothing but a scam. I paid for the yearly subscription and the app doesn’t even work. It won’t show me any content and keeps telling me i need to upgrade my subscription to view even though the app store shows my subscription is paid through 2024. And there is no tab to contact customer support or tech support!!!

Recipes Not Filtered By Inventory
I paid for the upgrade for this app in order to access the "recipes" section. I was extremely disappointed to discover that there is no way to filter the results by the oils in your inventory and if you have a relatively limited selection like me (20 oils) then you have to spend ages trawling through the list to find one you can use, which generally isn't even the kind of recipe you want (e.g. relaxing, invigorating, etc). Very disappointed and feel like I've completely wasted my money.

Hard to read printing
I was very excited to find this app. While I totally love the daily recipe I am so disappointed with the printing on this app. It is so light I cannot read it. What is wrong with good old black on white? Albeit I am visually impaired I can’t believe that many others don’t have trouble r wading the extremely light lettered printing. Even wearing my magnifier I cannot read the information. Thanks for reminding me how bad my vision is. At least I can still see a little.

New version has removed most free content
I’ve had this app for years and it was great. Then recently it removed most of the useful content and it can now only be accessed with a paid “premium “ subscription. It is a shame. I do understand the need to monetize but to completely remove all content from users who have supported your app for years seems harsh.

User friendly
I’m not exactly tech savvy. With my age my memory isn’t what it used to be so my daughter downloaded this app when she brought her kids over. I’ve been able to remember what oils I have now and found some doTERRA rosemary to help my memory!
Best app for doTERRA oils!
As a longtime doTERRA user I’ve downloaded several apps to learn about and manage my oils. This is by far the best. I find the usage guide really helpful when I want to quickly find a recipe to help me with something. I think the recipes are pretty neat and there’s a good variety but adding more would always be better! I love the daily blend of the day, sometimes I’m missing the oils needed so it would be cool to be able to filter by what oils you have already, but it’s still good for inspiration. I use the inventory as a wishlist so when I am ready to place an order I don’t forget anything! Overall super happy with this app, it’s the only one I’ve found that actually updates with the new oils as they come out.

Disappointed in the Inventory function
I thought it would be cool to use an app to track my inventory, but this is far too much work. Older oils such as Birch are not even in the system. There is no option to add new oils to the list; you have to wait for the developers to do it. (I’ve got 68 different oils that were not in the developer’s database).
“On Guard” is two words on the bottle and one word in the app, making it hard to locate. Any oils starting with the word dōTERRA, like dōTERRA Breathe get pushed to the bottom of your inventory list, so it’s not alphabetical, and there is no way to search your inventory to see if you have something on hand. (Takes a while to scroll when you have a large variety of oils). It would be nice to have other products added to the inventory, like capsules and such.
Some bottles and colors don’t match up. For example, the image next to Hygge is a yellow roller bottle, and Hygge is only available in a 15 ml with no yellow on it. Juniper Berry has a roller bottle next to it, but it comes in a 5ml. There are more, but I don’t have time to type them all out.
Biggest pain is that the arrows for increasing and decreasing quantity in your inventory are so small, that you will often end up on the product details screen. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Very Useful
Provides a lot of information on doTerra oils and how to use them. User friendly. I can make note of my favorite oils. I refer to it at least once a week. It appears to be kept up to date on new released oils.
Disappointed
Just downloaded this app as it promised a whole bunch but honestly I’m really disappointed. It seems to only focus on DoTerra products - fair enough - but then market it as such! It also doesn’t seem to have a complete catalogue and very limited recipe ideas. All in all, I would rather my money back!

Would like to see all of the oils and blends including special limited ones; I think I found one limited one . Need to be able to change country so that you can see names you are ordering correctly. Bit confusing how it is. Wish I went for the other app I was looking at. For the cost disappointed.

For someone who uses mostly doTERRA blends, I'm surprised not to see any blends at all. Also, I don't use just doTERRA. Where are the other options?
