videos look like they were filmed on a calculator and they want you to pay extra for them?!

The new app update is a lot easier to use. I haven’t had any issues yet!
App is hit or miss
It is next to impossible to go from app free to app with out glitches ie: app flashing up and die then stays in app free mode. Even if you complete the treatment. Deleting the app, turning off bluetooth, and phone does no good as soon as you pick up the device it starts in app free mode and will not connect. Because of this I am unable to use the device hands free, use ty e gloves or gua dha device. Will call again tomorrow but it gets old. Thank goodness I kept my zip to use.

App stopped working
Worked great for awhile and now it glitches out every couple of minutes. Slamming my face against the wall in frustration might give me better results at this point!

It’s terribly frustrating because I love Myoliftqt and used it daily. At this point the app won’t load anymore and so I’ve moved on to other skincare appliances.
It seems like a consumer has to pay a monthly app fee but I’m afraid to try that because it still might not load.

App stop working
Can’t open app giving errors. Not the first time this happens
App Stopped Working Sessions Expired
Went to use my QT last night and the app wouldn’t load beyond the main screen and just get a yellow notice saying, session expired. Tried on another device tonight and same problem 😡
Horrible app
I just purchase the myolift device and I was excited to use it, but I can’t get the app to work at all. It won’t connect and I can’t by pass it to watch any of the videos on how to use it. Seriously people fix your app!
Trash app!
This is the most frustrating nightmarish experience trying to do business with this company and simply trying to use the device that I paid for. I’ve been a customer for a while so I should not have to pay the $4.99 per month they tell me, but then the app keeps telling me there’s a billing error. They give wonky instructions for off-line use and now I can’t even log into the app without getting an error that says something goes wrong and status code. Customers should be able to use the app when they feel like it therefore technical support should always be available not just until 4 PM I LOVE THE RESULTS WHEN I’M ABLE TO USE IT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IRRESPECTIVE OF THE RESULTS. DO NOT BUY.

Bad app
I have tried to use my QT plus on two differs phones. I have deleted and reinstalled and I still can’t use my Qt. This is getting very frustrating. I’m disappointed in Myolyft.

I never use my device because the app never works. Tired of calling customer service. A waste of $$.

Dont purchase!
This app is the worst, only open the machone to ise with the app and doesnt work, even you erase the app and download again still not working, when you want to return the item they make all impossible even they said 30 days warranty! They even want you to pay the shipping cost for something that doesnt work at all!! Go and purchase from a better store dont lose your money

Worst app ever
The app does not work. I’ve restarted my phone as well as deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times.
App is terrible
Over the last year that I’ve attempted to use the app, it has crashed so many times and now doesn’t work when I tap on it from my Home Screen. I wish the device was usable without the app.
Can’t create account
Which means the device is completely useless. Wish I hadn’t bought this online so I could take it back to the store and get a refund for this overpriced paperweight. Would give 0 stars if I could.
