Really like how easy the App is to use and make my payment.
Update can’t login
So what’s up with the update? Why can’t I login other people say it but they don’t say what they did to fix it. Help I guess I can go back to writing a check.
Login issues
Opened the app today and it tells me to upgrade to the newer version. When I go to the App Store, there is no upgrade available! Can’t get out of this cycle of opening app, going to App Store and not finding a newer version!
Fix VPN being on
Fix the app so a VPN can be running.

Initially gave OPPD app a scathing review, and I admit, user error. Had a VPN running and it conflicted with the app. Would not allow any input at login screen. VPN, app works like a charm.
Newsflash: in this day and age you have to be smarter than your own useful utilities which are active on your phone.

I have/had Face ID enabled working, now it didn’t recognize face and wanted email verification. Don’t have time to dig through email when I want to check on oppd bill. Might as well just log into the website and delete this

Updated Review: After I contacted the OPPD support people and exchanged a couple of emails, they fixed my login problems. I still think: The layout of the app isn’t designed well, too many clicks to get to outage and outage reporting.

Slow and constant login problems, layout.
Not happy. I have constant login problems from slow MFA issues and timeouts. The app MFA defaults to email and I can’t find a way to change it to texts. The layout of the app isn’t designed well, too many clicks to get to outage and outage reporting.
This app is a “new” FAILURE
What a joke. Apparently OPPD fakes their app development out to omahas sixth grade computer labs. Because they have no clue how to make an app work. Use chatGPT at this point. It would make an app better than you.

Multiple issues
Wont remember that I Enabled 'Trust this device' so still asks for username and password after I turned on face recognition and has to send two factor verification to my email. All so when I get in there it wont let me unenroll in auto pay that i have to do to update my card, Because I cant just update it without unenrolling then reenrolling
