Pairing Issues
I had the Oxygo Next paired with a previous iPhone but I upgraded phone and when I tried to pair it with this phone I get an error message that I first need to disconnect it from my old phone. I dont have the old phone. Tech support said to do a hard reset via the plug for 30 minutes with out the battery etc technique but I tried that several times and still no luck, I keep getting the same error message. I like the oxygo next alright but why have an app if it can’t be used. Kind of useless really and annoying especially when none of the experts at your company can help.

50-D2F-04-40M is the correct code..I got it from a previous reviewer BUT…it’s useless. It just shows you stats and you can update the software..BIG DEAL!

It’s fairly easy to connect to Bluetooth, but you do need reasonable intelligence to do so. The only value I see is that it sends notifications to let you know battery life is low. Instead of just hearing a beep, look at your phone, there’s a notification. I gave it 4 stars because it’s not so useful, it was so hard for you all to get “the secret code”.

Worthless!!
I have the same problem. You need a code, supposedly on the invoice but there’s no code. I’ve called the office and asked the technician and no one has a clue what code I’m talking about.
Useless
No way to start app without QR provider code. Aerocare USA has no idea what that is. What a shame I excited to use this tool.
