Needs work to be usable
Each page takes a very, very long time to load. Going to the City website in my browser is much quicker and more convenient. To be useful to a mobile user, pages in an app need to load seamlessly, like turning pages in a book.
Very handy!

Slow
It’s slow just like the city council.

Great app with lots of information. Only issue is you can't enlarge images or the documents to be able to read them on the phone.
