Unusable
You can not use this app for any purpose. Every clickable button brings you to contact us. You cannot do bill pay, worthless app. It’s a circle jerk of buttons, tons of options, no usability.
Worthless
The developers of this app should be fired! It references a payment menu “to the left” but no such menu is there. If we had a choice on which utility services to use, I would have jumped ship from PCUS long ago!
Looked promising
Great idea, seemed like an easy way to do things. I tried using it, but every time I click on “animal miscellaneous”, it force quits and kicks me out. Still has some glitches that need to be worked out. Unusable as is.
Impossible to navigate
They make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to pay for your bills on here. Anytime you click on “pay my bill” it just takes you to the “contact us” page. I had to use a web browser instead of the app. The whole point of an app is to make things easier. If I had trouble using it, how do you expect the older individuals to be able to figure this out? And an extra service fee??? I’m already paying hundreds for the services, why is there an extra service fee when paying for the service in general?
