Functionally useless
The app is fine in terms of its design and features….when it works.
Unfortunately the infrastructure surrounding it appears to be complexity non functional and not fit for purpose.
Want to setup the app on a new phone? You’ll need an authorisation sms for that….but it never arrives.
Want to add a card to Apple Pay? Yeah you’ll need an authorisation sms for that too….and guess what? It’ll never arrive
It’s been like this for months, and of course there is no way to contact Paynetics about it
Thankfully the actual plastic Paynetics card works without the app, but if you want to check balance, check or reset PIN, or freeze a card - nah, sorry! No can do because Paynetics’s authentication system is completely broken.

Card is not seen in application
After adding a new card it is simply not seen in application, like loading all the time.
Also not seen in cards sections .
At the same time it sends push notifications on payments from the same card.
Support feeding me with breakfasts for a month and nothing changes.
Garbage service and garbage application.

Terrible experience
I'm really disappointed with the app and the service.
No button to add to apple wallet
After adding card there is no button to add to apple wallet
Not fit for purpose
Multiple problems using this app; incorrect card balance, unable to link card to app, no access to account for over a month. Customer services trained to avoid accountability and unable to provide any meaningful response to escalations.
