Garbage!

Do not use them! Iโ€™ve been trying to get them to help me recover files for 3 days. They wonโ€™t respond. Iโ€™ve lost pictures of my daughter as a baby and videos with my mom who died. Wish I had never used them. If o could give zero stars I would.

I spent three hours only to get nowhere in troubleshooting a problem with no resolve. And I couldn't get a refund. DO NOT WORK WIT THESE PEOPLE. You have been notified. Too bad the isn't a selection for on stars.

do not buy!

terrible, awful unreliable backup. It stops backing up your data and you don't even realize that 10 days have gone by without a backup. A lawsuit waiting to happen if you rely on this program to keep your data current. Or you could lose 10 days of billing data like i did. no live tech support--just email that tells you to uninstall and reinstall their program.
