Garbage app
Won't let me log in. After inputting email and password, it constantly asks me to link an acct number, but then shows an error message that it's connected to another email (I only have one!). Even tried deleting and reinstalling the app. So frustrating. I will be giving up on checking out the promos and offers to visit this casino

Glitchy app
Recently the app has been very glitchy. It doesn’t show me my points, each page just stays loading, has been saying I need to either be connected to the internet(which clearly I am), and says I need to be signed in.
Glitches
There is a glitch that if you scroll down on a tab, it takes you back to the tab on the left. So if you are on “promos” and you scroll down, it will move and take you to the “easy dine” tab. It has been like this for as long as I can remember. Please fix!
What kind of people are around there?
There’s this girl named Sally Gertz she thieves Mail from the Dollar tree and anywhere she is. She’s with some guy working there.
Not able to book any reservations
I loved this app, but the past 6 months i haven’t been able to book a reservations. No dates available or anything.

Features look nice but unable to use them. E-mail verify is broken so cannot link to my account.

Status Points
The app is very nice to use with a lot of useful information. The Promotion section is where I am able to check what is currently available. The booking section for hotel rooms is awesome. The only thing I would like to see is the current Status Points. This is useful if I want to track my progress for leveling up in status.

Pechanga Should Be Everyone’s Only Casino Hotel
I adore this place. My Pechanga is a total Class Act!
Totally clean casino, from the hotel rooms, gambling rooms to restrooms, friendly staff, accommodating and last, the ambiance of free flowing No-alcoholic drinks are generous and enormously endless. From coffee, to your favorite juice.
Lots of restaurants available, especially near the end of the week are open.
The jackpots are fantastic! When you play good money, they pay very good in winnings! Especially at Keno! You just need to be extremely patient at playing these games. I’m talking thousands people!
The only gripe I have are the outside security workers at the entrances. They could work on better etiquette and friendliness, not all of them, but many of them. Some are rude, even unfriendly and unhappy! I’ve experienced this many time’s personally, especially if I socially step outside for a cigarette.
As far as any casino in Southern California Pechanga is the only casino for me!

Discouraging
This app was nice when I finally was able to long in , it’s confusing it’s not easy to use. I accidentally got signed out since I have not been able to use the app, I look forward to viewing my rewards before I arrive but seems like this app doesn’t want to accept my email , I call pechanga and they were able to verify my email was connected and correct but it won’t accept my email , if there were 0 stars I would rate it , now I don’t even wanna bother going if I can’t view where I am level status when I gamble. Big thumbs down

New Update Not as Good
I like the last version of the app. However after the latest update all the August hotel offer days were no longer available! They were there before the update.
THE BEST CASINO RESORT
I only recently started using the app, but I love Pechanga; it is where my mom and I always end up. It’s a top notch place, definitely 4 star resort. I am a nobody per se’ but the staff at Pechanga treat us like royalty. If you haven’t stayed at the hotel, you must. It’s wonderful and beautiful. Don’t miss out, go to PECHANGA. It’s California’s best.
