More benefit than negative$
I love the bill pay and ability to even send money to my sons and family and schools/universities in a snap. My only frustration is password changes required and when required… they don’t let me use the past 3 passwords). While they might be suggesting that this is helping security, it also tells me that they have 3 passwords of mine saved… I would hate someone to get their hands on all three!!! It could tell a bigger story about me and cost me a bit.

I’ve signed in 3 times in 4 minutes because it keeps saying authentication issue for security purposes you’ll need to sign in again to access your account and constantly getting error updating messages I don’t have this issue with any other app
