Statements
Screen and numbers are too small and light. Can’t see or read them and we have 13 inch iPads. Can’t make numbers bigger or brighter. I preferred old format of statements. Thank you.
New format
I liked how the older format for the iPhone app looked and felt better

The new update is very slow and just spins. Does not load quickly.
New App Is Abismal
They took down their old app for days, which was disruptive to users, only to release a slow version that looks like a web browser and does not appear to have even been tested. Its response time is terrible.
