Statements
Screen and numbers are too small and light. Can’t see or read them and we have 13 inch iPads. Can’t make numbers bigger or brighter. I preferred old format of statements. Thank you.
New format
I liked how the older format for the iPhone app looked and felt better

The new update is very slow and just spins. Does not load quickly.
New App Is Abismal
They took down their old app for days, which was disruptive to users, only to release a slow version that looks like a web browser and does not appear to have even been tested. Its response time is terrible.

App is minimally usable
Did anyone even test the app functionality before releasing this? It allows for reordering accounts but then buckets them by checking and savings regardless. This is such poor functionality. I expect better from this bank.

Sorry, not sure why you had to change this but this new app is just too hard to figure out. It’s not as easy on the app for a phone

Mobile deposit doesn’t work with iPhone 14 pro
When taking photos of chicks the image becomes distorted. Please fix, I don’t have time to go to the bank 😟
Pending money deposit and withdrawals
The app says I have pending deposits and withdrawals but the website says they have went through, just a bug to fix.
Easy to use
I use online banking regularly! I appreciate the efficiency. It’s saves time and allows me to do my banking on my schedule.
