City employees have no clue of this apps existence

Don’t raise requests through this app, I have no idea why it shows by city of peoria, I registered a service request through it and when I called city today they have no idea of an app existence and they had to open a fresh request for me, some junk time wasting thing someone put on 🤬

Govt. pass the buck - Surprise.

Very poor way to pass off reporting traffic and maintenance issues from the former “Peoria Reporter” app. I immediately got lost in the sea of hyperlinks and windows in this new “user hostile” app. No thanks
