Won’t load
Can’t contact support. App just spins and spins. Data never loads.
Loading screen
App used to work for me but now I can’t get past the “please wait” loading screen. It just spins indefinitely.
Wish it was usable
This app has never worked properly and for the the longest time now it just has a loading logo. Cannot access any usable features because of this which is frustrating. Please do better!
App never works
I’ve used this app a few times to try and schedule my appointments, chat with my vet, etc. I have had to uninstall and reinstall it several times. It never loads. It stays on the loading screen and loads and loads and loads and loads and loads then goes no where. It’s very frustrating.
Customer support is nonexistent
I continuously get a code that doesn’t work, so I can’t even create an account. I have 2 sick pets and my phone service from my country home does not work. I have reached out to “support” a dozen times- literally a dozen times- and I have never once received a response. They obviously don’t care at all. Would not recommend this app to anyone. I wish my vets office would find a better way. You guys SUCK.

Doesn’t work
The app worked for a while but just get spinning wheel now
App is trash.
App is trash. Logins expire after so long and the only way to log back in is to completely delete the app, reinstall, and go through registration again.
Doesn’t work
The app will not open. It continuously “loads” and is therefore useless.
International users are not considered to use the app
The overall app is ok. Would get a mediocre rating of 3 Stars, but the fact that the app is not available for Non-US Apple Accounts is just cheap.

I love this app when it works. Most of the time when I open it, I get a spinning arrow and “Please wait.” Please help!

Good When it Works
The app itself is fine but I have to delete and reinstall every time I want to use it. Otherwise I have the please wait loading spinner that never goes away.
Unreliable access
The app is great when you can access it. It will work for a couple months and then I will lose access. The app will just continually clock. I have to contact our vet’s office every few months to get a new code to access it again. It’s easier to just call the vets office and not use this app.
Quit working
Was great when it worked.. haven’t been able to get past loading screen just like everyone else. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t work either. Fail.
Always Loading
I can never use the app, because it is constantly on the loading screen. Even after deleting and redownloading. It’s useless.

This app has never worked properly. I’ve had to delete and reinstall it so many times that I refuse to use it any longer. I wish my vet would go back to the previous app.
Never works
My app just sits and spins. I can never get any functionality to work properly.
Terrible App
I constantly have to delete the app and then redownload it in order to be able to use it. I wish my vets office would find a different app to use because the fact that I can’t go into it every time I need to without deleting it and then redownloading it is annoying.
