L’application ne fonctionne pas sur IPhone 17. Impossible d’ouvrir l’application, elle se referme automatiquement.
Completely useless
Our SAR team spent thousands of dollars on NAO+ Headlamps and now we can’t adjust the settings because the app crashes as soon as you click it. None of us can turn off the blinking light in the back and with 5 ppl working on a patient all you can see is blinding blinking lights instead of what you’re doing.

Garbage
Repeatedly crashes on iPhone 21 Pro Max running 26.1 iOS. Rebooted the phone. Deleted and reinstall the app. I just purchased my Swift RL and according to Google this app is supposed to function with this headlight. The headlight is going back to Amazon if PETZL doesn't address this.
Doesn’t work at all
App just doesn’t open. Crashes on loading screen. Tried on a number of different devices - assuming developers have just abandoned it and doesn’t work on newer iOS versions
No longer loads on iOS 26.2
Used to be quite useful when first installed in 2017 but no longer loads on latest iOS. Icon appears but no content shows. Now disappointing.

Thanks for not maintaining the app. Now I can’t adjust the settings on my NAO+. A company with global reach and global sales couldn’t be bothered enough to simply keep an app up to date. I’ll go with Black Diamond or Princeton next.

Petzl app not opening
Unfortunately the app does not open nor can I connect the lamp via Bluetooth. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting options with no joy. iPhone 16 pro, Petzl reactik+

A nothing app
The best 8 can say is the icon seems ok…the app, closes immediately upon being opened…I have yet to encounter a single instance of any functionality, pairing with my headlamp or anything. The NAO+ headlamp I had hoped to use with it is otherwise awesome.
