Love your products, hate your app
I have been purchasing your products for years now and have never been disappointed! However, your app is basically impossible to use. I always have to use the browser to upload photos and edit. It seems like it’s always crashing, can never load the photos successfully and is all around clunky. Please give this app a much needed makeover!!!

BIG PROBLEM
I’ve tried 3 times to download 2 photos I want in the 2x2 or 2x3 glass blocks & every time after I select the photos, this app shuts down. Now i deleted it from my device, waited an hour & reload it & I still have the same problem. I contacted app su& it did the same thing. What is going on?
Doesn’t save work
I’ve found the app doesn’t save your prior work. You have to start a new project in order to see one you’ve already been working on. Also, app wouldn’t let me complete order. Good idea just needs more work.
