cannot register
It’s been months now and i still cannot register an account on the app. Customer support is mia. Folks at the store say this is very common.
I definitely shop much less at Rbros because I can’t take advantage of the coupons.

2025: downhill all year
Title says it all: in 2025 the stores and app have gotten worse.
Bad: can’t delete only the checked items from List. Instead, the two options are 1) manually delete individual items from List;
2) delete all items from List whether they are checked or not. That’s not helpful when a single item on my grocery list isn’t in stock. How is this difficult? The prior app had this feature.
Bad: can’t delete an item from Favorites if the item is no longer in stock. As a result, can’t remove egg nog from my Favorites until it is restocked in December 2026. Prior app had this feature.
Bad: can’t add an item to my List if the item isn’t in stock at the store I’ve selected. Why prevent customers from planning ahead? Prior app had this feature.
Dumb: sorting List by aisle stupidly puts aisles 10,11,12 between aisles 1 and 2. Prior app didn’t have this bug.

App gives error message
I’ve been getting an error message since this supermarket created the app several months ago. I sent the error message to Roche Bros and was told their web expert would look into it. So far, its been three months and the same error message comes up whenever I try to open the app. Pay attention Roche Brothers —-. There is a problem with your App

Strangely, as of September 2025, AT&T cellular no longer works within the West Roxbury store. Roche Bros IT suggests using the unsecured public wifi in the West Roxbury store (no thank you).

Now my Bon Ami cleaner is no longer appearing (the only reason we shop at Roche).
