- After you save a new invoice it opens straight away, so you can check its lines and tax and send it from there. - Invoices: the previous invoice and the payments since it are listed only when they add up to the previous balance, and a credit reads "−$120.00". - Working with quantities: on quotes, Assign service and new customers, the frequency now sits below the quantity × unit price fields, so nothing is cut off. - Quotes show "2.5 × $10.00" on lines priced by quantity. - New invoice form: clearer customer field and dates written as "Oct 14, 2026". - Help: new questions on charging by quantity, working in thousands and showing the tax on your invoices. - Invoices list each service of a visit on its own line with its price. A visit with one service stays on one line; a visit logged with just an amount reads "Visit". - Tax included in your prices (IVA, IGV, ITBIS…): in Profile set your default rate, the tax name and your tax ID. Each invoice then shows the taxable base and the tax included in the subtotal — nothing is added on top, and your totals, balances and messages don't change. In Services you can mark a service as exempt or at another rate. - "Hide voided" on a customer's invoices, remembered on your phone. - Work with quantities (optional, off unless you turn it on in Profile): each service's price becomes a unit price, and when you charge for a service you type the quantity: metres, bags, hours. The amount is quantity × unit price. Ad-hoc extras stay a single amount. - Add a service from your list while logging a visit or completing a route stop, even for a customer who already has services. A service from your list always goes in with how often you do it; choose "Once" for a one-off. - Customer page: status, balance and contact details now share one compact card, so the tabs sit higher on the screen. - Navigate from the customer page: tap the address (or the directions icon beside it) to open your maps app. - When you log a visit by typing just the amount, "how often" is now the same list as everywhere else. - New currencies for working in thousands: Colombian, Argentine and Chilean pesos, guaraníes and colones "en miles". Type 10 for ten thousand; your customers' messages say "$10 mil". - Completing a route stop for a customer with no service: type what you charged, pick the service, and it is kept as their usual price. - "Resend code" goes out the way the first code did (WhatsApp, email or text) and re-sends the same code. - Sign-up asks for its code in your language. - Log my day and routes work together: a customer you record in Log my day is marked done on that day's route, and completing a missed route does not record that customer twice. - When the map cannot find a customer's address, the "save this spot" offer says so.
