I do like the app and I appreciate the service that it offers, allowing me to manage my subscriptions without having to go to my laptop. However, the usability is just not good enough.
I have attempted to delay a subscription as I am going abroad, and my subscriptions disappear, no feedback given by the app for my action, no confirmation shown and even after logging out and back in, my subscriptions are still missing. My order history also doesn’t show when subscriptions are being taken which I find bizarre. Price increases are fine given the current climate, but when they are sold to customers as a benefit and decreasing quality of service, it is simply disappointing. I really believe MyProtein are lucky here that their competitors are no better, giving me nowhere else to go.

We have been a customer of Myprotien for over 10 years and the prices are insane. For £50-£60 we would get a 5kg of whey protein - now you can’t even get a 2.7kg bag for that price! I understand inflation but this is just day light robbery!!! It’s not worth the price any more!! Such a shame!
