They keep messing about with protein flavours so when you find a good one they discontinue it but then keep on with gimmicks like snickers or milkshakes. Plus the prices are ridiculous now and I’m tired of having to wait for ‘offers’. I’ve gone elsewhere for protein powders

まずプロテインを購入する時に、1kgか2.5kgか選ぶ画面があるのですが、たまに片方しか表示されないことがあります。しかし、数日経つと普通に両方表示され出すといったことがあります。例えば、昨日まではナチュラルチョコレート味の1kg（33食分）しか表示されてなかったのに、今日見たら2.5kgも表示されるようになっているといった形です。これは、2.5kgという選択肢がないのではなく在庫がないだけだと思うので、選択肢から消すのではなく非アクティブ色にするといった処理にしてください。また、チャットで質問する時に、チャットの入力欄が画面の真ん中まで出るのですが、そのせいで現在入力中の内容が全く見えません。
こう言ったUIのバグを直してください。他にもあると思うので、そこら辺も調査しつつお願いします。

Half of my order was missing
I have been chasing it for last 3 weeks , every time I go through chat someone will say it’s been approved and it’s gone missing by delivery partner , but every time I chat with them after waiting for week , it’s the same story every time , horrible experience oh I still haven’t received my order till now .

Avoid like the plague. That stuff to your basket without you putting it there they make it difficult for you to apply credits. The cost has inflated massively recently and products that used to be available in 1 kg bags now aren’t claims state for example up to 26 g of protein but they don’t tell you what the exact amount is which ranges from 22 to 26 which is fairly significant for the same price there are a better products out there

I hate the way this company keeps distorting the pricing structure of their goods to confuse and befuddle consumers… Tesco-maxing is not cool. This is not helpful and irritates the customer base.

Put in my email and password which are both in key chain. Wrong password. So I use forget password. It emails me a password reset link which then directs me to the login page. I’ll use another company thanks.

Prix devenus complètement abusifs
Client depuis plusieurs années, je suis obligé de constater une dérive tarifaire inacceptable. Il y a 5 ans, les 2,5 kg de whey coûtaient une vingtaine d’euros. Aujourd’hui, le même produit dépasse les 80 euros. Une multiplication par presque 4 en 5 ans, aucune justification économique ne tient : ni l’inflation, ni le cours des matières premières n’expliquent une telle hausse.
