Went from one of the best apps to possibly the worst.
After being “upgraded” to same day delivery my order all of a sudden went dark, heard nothing. Got in contact with the delivery company. They hadn’t even received the parcel. Two weeks of going back and forth to only receive half of my order due to “lack of stock”. So my order was never sent out. Now they “cannot give a date or time they’ll be restocked” and my bundle is no longer on the app. Easy to say I will not be using MYPROTEIN again, other services for same price and actually get your order when promised. Completely backwards to how MYPROTEIN used to operate. It’s a shame. Also difficult to talk to anyone through the app as they make it as difficult as possible.

Messing about
They keep messing about with protein flavours so when you find a good one they discontinue it but then keep on with gimmicks like snickers or milkshakes. Plus the prices are ridiculous now and I’m tired of having to wait for ‘offers’. I’ve gone elsewhere for protein powders
