Needs Update
The app still needs to have the badges portion updated as they don’t trigger on after the first week without smoking and thus do not contribute to the quit program. Could be a helpful app if it were kept up-to-date and would encourage the proper use of Nicorette products.
Nicorette advertises non functional application
This app was recommended in the paperwork with my Nicorette products. I was really looking forward to utilizing it and making my quitting process easier. However, after multiple attempts to set up a profile, log in proved to be impossible. Each password reset or new profile created wouldn’t allow log in or use of the application.

My quit
Does not work. Entered all of my information, tried to get into required “Terms and Condition” and the app crashed. Deleted the app, reloaded and got the same thing. Do not download this app
Doesn’t even work.
I am shocked to see people being able to even log in through the website I created an account but can’t log in through either the app or a web-browser.
Never loads after login
As someone who will be quitting in the next few days I was really excited about using this app to help. I created the account and logged in but I only get a loading sign and it literally never loads. For a large known company your app is a joke.
Can’t even make an account
Unable to get past the login screen. Just says loading. Seems a bit ironic that an app made to help people deal with the frustration and stress of quitting smoking would be so frustrating and ineffectual. Lol.
Can’t log in
My account works online but when I try to use the app it says my account is locked. Worthless!
ZERO STARS
This app won’t even let me sign in to get to my account. Can sign in through safari but once I go to the app, it just loads and loads and loads and then says it can’t log in. I would give it ZERO STARS if possible
Crap
I can’t log into the app anymore. It started glitching so I tried logging out to log back in and now I can’t log in. I used to love this app.
Works when it wants to…
I really wanted to track my progress. This app seemed promising. However, this app hangs, shuts down and doesn’t accurately track. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. Such a shame to advertise such a terrible app for such a positive change in one’s health and life. Just goes to show you, these pharmaceutical companies only see the bottom line. They’ll produce a product and charge you top dollar. Then offer a half rigged app to pull you in just to get the money. I get better tracking using Apple Notes. Would be great if Apple would integrate something like this into the Health app. Hint Hint Apple.

Data collection and rewards fall short
This app does not seem to have been updated. Inspirational messages and reminders are the only useful items. Despite the app’s instructions, one is is unable to update the number of lozenges taken and number and type of cravings. I don’t always have my phone with me during those times when take a lozenge or experience a craving; I don’t have a MyQuit wristband. Unlocking a badge reveals a coupon reward. But when clicking on it a web page displays with a “expired offer system error 001” message. App’s navigation arrow is hard to access; half of it is covered up by the app’s display.

Fake coupons, nothing actually works
Work toward a goal to be rewarded with a coupon and like other users “sorry this is no longer available”- then just don’t advertise it as something I’ll receive. Features like “where to buy” don’t work- maps, videos, sounds don’t load. Poorly designed, I only use it to track the amount of time without cigs and there are other apps that do it better.

App requires some improvement
I have been smoke free for 19 days. I just downloaded the app yesterday, but my quit date was8/8. So anytime I enter a craving it is showing high. Duh! Should be an area to enter date joined. I am always on the mobile phone so being able to provide some input there should be an email option or something to get feedback.
Overall I enjoy reviewing the many benefits the app has to offer. I am also using another app that is tracking. Prefer this one as I am using the Nicoderm CQ patches.

Thank You GSK!
I have not smoked since August 2000 (almost 21 years ago). I never crave cigarettes but I am addicted to the 2 mg Fruit Chill gum. I wish you would make it in1 mg. My friends told me I traded lung cancer for mouth cancer, my dentist did a thorough check and I do not have any mouth sores or any signs of oral cancer. I will never smoke again but I can’t give up my Nicorette. Fruit chill gum!

Can’t log into account
I created an account and logged out of it and now every time I try logging back in it keeps saying my account is ‘invalid’

After downloading the app and going through the sign up process, the app will not let me sign up or login.

Just got the Nicolette patch today. When trying to sign up, I get a pop up stating “Invalid Request Signature”. I have no idea what that is. Hope the patch works better than the app😀
Non-starter
Downloaded the app and it wouldn’t let me create a login. Emailed GSK customer no-service and was told to re-install the app. And if that didn’t work I was to contact the developer. Re-installed and didn’t work. Guess who the developer is. GSK. Who I already contacted. Guess I’ll just keep on smoking...or take my business elsewhere.

Useful
All great. Only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t see my entries right away or at all (I could never see my slip ups). Layout is off (maybe just on my phone-but it is annoying). Other than that, it is useful and very basic.
