Auto renewal
I have a very busy life and often miss certain emails that cause frustration but RAC auto renewal for breakdown cover gives me peace of mind, I only wish their Insurance policy was the same. I recommend RAC for all your car requirements 👍
Excellent again
Front tyre burst suddenly. Tried to fix it myself with the help of a Good Samaritan but couldn’t loosen the nuts. Just as well as when RAC attended they diagnosed a broken suspension spring which would have been dangerous to drive on even if I had got the tyre changed. They recovered me to a local garage. All sorted out within 2 hours. Great job

RAC App ok but there is 1 thing to improve.
The RAC App is good but 2 stars because you cannot very easily take off or replace a vehicle you can click modify but that does not give you the option to change or delete a vehicle so I am paying for a car I do not own anymore still?!

Re breakdown of mystic
My yeti broke down with smoke coming out of the front of the car, I managed to park up outside a house in new dock road and reported it as urgent! Whilst parked up it was scraped by a black car leaving a scrape mark on the passenger side ! I was given a time of rescue which was 3 hrs Anne it was close to that when the patrol came! He did a few tests and reckoned on it being a new turbo which is a big repair! He loaded the car and delivered it to a garage which hopefully can do the work within a week( or two !) he was so helpful and cheerful and made me feel that everything was in hand . Patience and good humour were words I would choose ! Hopefully I won't be careless for too long ! RAC were as fast as they could be given the climate and holiday season ! I am a blue badge holder and not confident with I T he was very understanding !

Easy Fuel Saving
I’ve only had the app a number of weeks & saved me probably only a £7-£9 saving on fuel prices. That’s a massive +£400 over a year.
Feedback
I need to find my documents for my policy that starts in a few days.its very difficult to find and I have to fill in a load of questions. The front pages are just full of advertisements and other selling links. Why can’t the documents be within my profile or added to my car section. If I was broken down and needed the policy number that this would lead to a very frustrating and negative experience - these items need to be on hand and easy to find please.

Pointless app
You would think that the RAC app would help you easily get to information about your RECOVERY POLICY. But no. It just gives you a load of other useless information. You can’t even see what account/email you’re logged in as, so that you can look up other communication history via email. It’s not easy to search all your email inboxes for “RAC”, especially if you’re a Racewear company and searching for “rac” brings up everything BUT RAC-related emails! 🤦🏽♂️
