Abandoned with no onward travel
RAC mechanic diagnosed a problem with my car and towed away, 4 hours later I’m still waiting to hear from them about how my family and I are supposed to go on from here… we are supposed to be provided with a rental car to get home but haven’t heard a thing! Luckily I can charge my phone where I am but could easily just be completely stuck! Help desk at RAC have hung up on me twice saying it’s not their problem, just wait for a car rental company to call! AWFUL!

Good job on this app. Its better than I expected. Nice clear layout, more detailed than I was expecting and easy to use. Im yet to need an actual call out for recovery or repair but yeah, it looks good! Whoever built it for you seems to have done a decent job. Thumbs up!
