Can’t even get past the account setup page

Sent in my email, received a verification link, they said I was verified. Great. Go to the app, login with no issues, complete the questions about name and year of birth and if I wear glasses, contacts, etc. Click on complete and immediately get an error message telling me my email address is in an invalid format. Not a good sign.

Complex, error-prone and inaccurate

Firstly, I failed to see how this is any simpler than just trying on glasses at the store. I am aware that the top review is a fake plant attempting to preempt this feedback but it’s true.

I need readers, my prescription indicates that I need readers, and that wasn’t the result here. Ridiculous waste of time.

A revolutionary product

This app is very useful and easy to use. Takes the guestwork out of getting an add number in buying reading glasses or computer glasses or in changing my current prescription for reading glasses.

Pretty accurate

Recommended a 2.25x and they are fine

Not entirely satisfied

I don’t pay for a lot of apps, but I was intrigued by this one. It worked as advertised, I guess, but didn’t give me useful info and annoyed me on sign-up. The annoyance was that there is a checkbox about whether you want notices from them, but if you leave the opt-in box unchecked, you can’t proceed. That’s malicious design, frankly, and I didn’t appreciate it, especially from a paid app. When I did the reading test, the answer I got was “1.75+”. And, right, I knew that. I wasn’t expecting the upper limit on the app to be set so it wouldn’t give me a specific, useful, number. Bottom line: if you’re more forgiving than I am about opt-in policies and if your eyesight is still good enough that you can make out text if you hold a book at arms-length, go ahead and spring for this app and it should give you a useful number.

Accurate & Easy

Just to check consistency, I went through the tests three times and got similar results. The glasses I purchased proved to be exactly what I needed.

iPhone version

It would helpful to indicate that it’s necessary to have facial recognition in your phone to use your app. Please refund my money.
Thanks

Possible scam

Would give 0 stars, as after several attempts this app never worked - not at all. And … No way to get a refund! Yeah, maybe a scam.

Can’t use unless you agree to terms for data release and unwanted advertising. I’ll use my tried and true method of trying glasses on.

Worked great for me!

Love! Worked great

Doesn’t work with my iPhone

Be aware!! When I download the app it said it was compatible with my phone. I paid, download the app, and then it said it is not compatible with my phone. So now I paid and I don’t want to deal with trying to get a refund. Can t use the app.

Not accurate

I’ve been wearing progressives for 3 years now.with a +2 reading. It kept telling me I needed .5 to no correction. On my last couple attempts I covered about 75% of my lenses so I know I had blocked everything but the distance portion of my glasses.

Useless

A person’s arm is not long enough to perform the required test as explained. I would give it a zero if I could.

My reading glasses are perfect!

Not only do I have the perfect reading glasses because of this app, I now have computer glasses to use too!!

Convenient!

I quite like using EyeQue’s products already. Now that they’ve come out with this new app, I can easily figure out my reader numbers now too! 💕

Finally I know what to get!

I was always guessing what readers to buy - even after trying them on at the store, but they were never quite right. Finally, I feel like I got the right answer with this app and went to Whole Foods and bought the right pair. Especially helpful now that they don’t allow you to try them on in store!
Gonna try ordering computer glasses online next.

Easy to use

I tried this app out of curiosity and it worked. Didn’t realize I need two different numbers for reading and computer.
