Mobile Web and App Not Syncing

For the most part, the experience is fine but when I try to save recipes within the app, the collection feature doesn’t appear to be synced to the web application account I created. So when I try to create a new collection in the app, it says that it already exists but the collection doesn’t show in my list of collections for me to select and save the recipe.

money grab

i downloaded the app but it immediately wanted me to subscribe to get full features. it sounds like in 7 days the free trial turns into a paid subscription so i deleted it. i’ll use web page access like before. they also say they track a lot of personal data tied to your ID. i don’t need my info sold to more advertisers.

The best recipe app out there

Simply put, it’s the best recipe app I’ve tried, and I’ve been through a lot of them. The thing that really separates this from the pack is their catalog, it’s just so much deeper than everyone else’s. Now with the ability to save recipes from anywhere, it’s limitless. Highly recommend!

Freezes up

Every time I save a recipe the app locks and freezes up. I was excited about being able to store all the recipes I like or want to try but not happy with the aggravation of having to completely close it every time

It’s back!

Well kind of - I’m referring to the old AllRecipes “Dinner Spinner” app - why was it ever discontinued?? MyR app appears to be the successor and has some great features; I used my old AllRecipes email to register and it even remembers some of the old recipes from that app! I haven’t had a ton of time to explore the app but it seems solid. Ad intrusion is minimal, but I’m curious to see how that evolves over time. I will probably pay for a subscription, but the free version has a lot to offer so no hurry there.

A Game Changer for My Saved Recipes

This app is 5 stars! I love having all of my saved recipes in one place, plus access to more than 100,000 recipes. My favorite feature is the ability to save recipes directly from social media. I had so many recipes saved on Instagram and TikTok, but no easy way to organize them or find them again when I actually wanted to make something. Now I can save and organize everything in one place, which makes it so much easier to keep track of recipes I want to try. I absolutely love it!

Great search and recipe coverage

It’s been really easy to for multiple filters at once (high protein + one pan), and there seems to be recipes for everything I search for.

So glad MyRecipes is now an app! It’s super easy to navigate. I especially like building my own featured collections so I can organize everything exactly the way I want to. Looking forward to continue using when I do my weekly meal planning

Love this!

I really, really love having one place to save all my favorite recipes! The personalized recipe recommendations are especially great — they save me hours of digging through websites and on social to find new recipes to fill out my weekly meal plan. 10/10!

I’ve used MyRecipes on their website from before and was so happy to see an app come through! Definitely has been a smooth experience so far and now I can move all my IG saves from bookmarks to one app. Even found some I meant to make last year 😅

Great app!

All my recipes in one place

I already had a MyRecipes account, so I love that all I had to do was log in to the app and all of my saved recipes and collections were right there. It will make cooking so much easier because I’m not bouncing between different screens trying to find ingredients and directions. I also love being able to save recipes I find on Instagram. They’re imported as easy-to-follow recipes that I can edit and add to my collections alongside everything else I’ve saved. So convenient!

Finally!

I’m so happy that MyRecipes finally has an app, I’ve been using it all day and it is super smooth and easy to use. I love that they added the ability to save from instagram and TikTok - finally I can save all those delicious recipes as well!

The social save feature is a game changer

Downloaded today after seeing the update. I love the app, I needed a place to save all my reels with recipes in one place. Was I impressed when it perfectly saved my Ukrainian recipe and it came out clean and readable? It’s an understatement. No more screenshots I never look at again. Really impressed for day one.

FINALLY a place to save all my social recipes

I hate having to remember which social app I saved a recipe to. Now I can FINALLY have them all in one place!

The app is easy to navigate and saving from social is even easier. Plus, it creates a recipe card for saved recipe video, SO MUCH easier than trying to cook while following a video. Highly recommend.
