I have downloaded this app several times and I have not been able to register for this app so I am unable to get into it to do anything….schedule a ride or track my ride. The other app was better.

The app needs major adjustments. Busses have extremely late on drop offs and way too early on pick ups. The system need to change. The old system was better and more accurate 🚫⚠️

Terrible app. You can’t book or even see the status of your ride. I can’t track my driver. The old terrible app was even better than this.
App shutdown
Asking me for verification code to sign in Where is that. When I try to get info sent to my email, the link is broken Can’t sign in so just call everyday and sit on hold for 45 minutes to make appt. No one know how to help me at RTC
ParaTransit has really gone down
I never had problems before but this past few weeks the rides have been consistently late. Not even 30 minutes late, I’m talking hours late to my appointments. Service has been horrendous. I know I’m not the only one who thinks this. All of us disabled passengers who rely on you are in dismay. You better fix it!!!

The worst app
This is the WORST app ever, its completely useless, there’s no option to register. Honestly I’m not surprised at all, cause RTCPara’s costumer service is TERRIBLE, just like many of their drivers. OBVIOUSLY their app had to match the style of the company.
Improvements they made for once
I know its still early to make my conclusion but if it is an improvement that they made with this and improvement with new stuff they added it will be a higher upgrade than old version hopefully it is an upgrade from the old one
