Needs to be far more user friendly!
We have used other hospital and medical APPs. This is mediocre by comparison. Using long menus and data strings is old school. Why no graphics and logo buttons. Just do a quick compare to “MyChart” used at Upstate Medical Center, MD Anderson and many others and you will see what I mean. Lab Results in long lists here vs colored graphics there, for example. Plus, this App does not easily support face recognition or finger scan logins, like most others do.
So, basically, it does the job but no where near the elegance of others.
