Nothing work, can’t submit , totally waste of tax money
Not even an app
It shouldn’t even have stars. This isn’t an app at all. This just opens links to the city website in your separate browser outside of the app for you. This doesn’t really benefit you in anyway. Not intuitive and a complete waste of city resources by paying for a programmer to make this. Waste of space on your personal device as well. Just use their website because the app will only direct you to the website itself.

Crippled by errors
You can't submit a service request. You just get an error.
No purpose
The app is a nice idea but all it does it direct you to web based links. Really no point to the app. Would love for improvements to be made so we can conduct business and make changes to bills and accounts within the app itself.
Good Start
Right now, the app is mostly a dashboard with links that open up the web browser and take you to the city’s website. But one in-app feature is the ability to report maintenance issues and open work orders for things like park and bus shelter maintenance, concerns about trees, building permits, and just a huge variety of things. That’s really novel to me and I think could be valuable to the city if people use it properly. I look forward to seeing more.
