Useful for residents

But, when adding photo, it takes too long to upload. App should shrink photos to ~100k before upload

Solid

I like the app, does what its supposed to

App or City Governance

I posted an issue and after 30 days no response from RWC on the issue. I even posted a comment after 15 days. I am led to believe that the app functions well enough it is that there is just no real governance by the city manager or city council.

Could have been useful, but it is not

The city of Redwood City has completely given up on this app. There is one deranged person who spams it constantly. This makes the app useless.

On the city end, the folks assigned to moderate this are useless and absent. Why on earth did we pay for this to be built if no one on city staff will put in the work to keep it useful?

Useless Piece of Crap App

If you thrive on spammers, this is your place! It’s a pathetic waste of space app.

Unusable garbage

A broken web view stuffed in an app that never works, throws random errors, crashes, and isnt very usable on top of that.

Spotty before, useless now

The developers of this app really sold Redwood City a bill of goods. When this service was first launched, its usability varied from crashy to okay. But now, because the developers have not implemented the ability for the folks in RwC who receive reports to moderate content, its usability has been degraded to the point of uselessness. As a result, every report submitted is hijacked by at least one determined resident who spams completely unrelated reports with 30x of their identical and lengthy all-caps post about their pet project. Unless and until the city is given the ability to MANAGE content, the app is useless and I’ll call in reports so they can actually be serviced.

Password reset doesn’t work right

I tried to reset my password. The link in the email sent me to reset it in the San Carlos app, not the Redwood City app. The problem I am trying to report is in the Redwood City app. (I used a different method to log in and was able to do that.)

Crashes!!!!

Okay guys. Please update this app ASAP because it crashes every time. What’s the use of having an app up and running if it doesn’t work?

Crashes immediately.

Crashes immediately on startup. Your tax dollars at work.

Not Helpful at all.

This app used to be okay, and I use that lightly. Trying to request a service and it makes you login, you enter your information and the app instantly crashes loosing all then information you were just inputting. Don’t even waste your time with this app, you night as well call.

Crashes on open iOS14

App used to work decently, but it hasn’t been updated since 2017 and now crashes immediately when trying to open in iOS 14.

Doesn’t Work

App crashes immediately upon launching.

Love this app

Note: The more detail information your request has with pictures the faster response you will receive.

Terrible App

App is horribly designed. Unable to edit information, unable to login as the page only loads halfway.

Useless

App is as useless as the local government and the city council

Don't waste your time

Every request I have made through this app has been closed without being resolved. I was hoping it would b helpful, but it was a total waste of time. Hope I can help other by letting them know before they do the same.
